tutorial base1 and base2 [SOLVED]

Hi everyone,
I am a new user. I just ran the first and the second examples of the manual. There are some outputs. Unfortunately, there are also some trouble. In the tbase1_1.out and tbase1_2.out, it can't Integrate electronic density in atomic spheres, and it can't put out the file of wavefunction. What's more, in the log file it "exit code:6 ". Please give me some advice. Thank you very much.
In the log file:

= PID 12136 RUNNING AT c29
= EXIT CODE: 6
= CLEANING UP REMAINING PROCESSES
