how to include the optic package

Hi, I'm a new DFT user and am trying to predict some optical properties of materials with AbInit. I would like to use the optic package as shown in the online tutorial on the AbInit website, but the toptic_1.files and toptic_1.in are not included in my tutorial/Input directory. I suspect I have configured the AbInit installation incorrectly, or have left out an option. I'm using abinit-8.10.1 on Linux, Fedora. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
