try to use another repo...

you can change all occurences in /etc/apt/sources.list

jp.archive.ubuntu.com by us.archive.ubuntu.com

or use mirrors :

If you have access to a graphical interface based on Unity or Gnome, go to System settings > Software & Updates. You will see a "Download from" field. Choose an appropriate server there.

i think its not supported by ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
Do you suggest to use UBUNTU 14.04( 64 bits), older version. or to choose another operating system. if so , would you suggest which one will be better.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Pouillon
My computer system:
Memory 3.8 GiB
Intel® Core™ i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz × 4
Intel® Haswell Desktop
OS 64 bits
Disk 433 GB
I selected all 4 in the Ubuntu Software section of software and updates inside the system setting.
Ialso download from server for United states. also after sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list i checked for all http://us.archive...
I still have the same problem in sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list, it can not locate the package
Please give some command lines and steps so that i can solve the problem.
Thanks.
