Post by shalom » Tue Sep 04, 2018 4:40 pm

Hello dear friends abniter. I have a small problem. I have redone the BS test with silicon. In point 3, we should get 5 files tbs_3o_DS but I get only 2, the DS1 and DS2 but not the others. I do not understand, help me please.

Good evening friends abiniters. I started a calculation to check the BS method by following the Bethe-Salpeter Lessons Many-Body tutorial for silicon. I fixed ndtset == 5. The calculation did not run the desired time because it stopped and see what I get in the log file:
FFT mesh divisions .................................................. 20 20 20
Augmented FFT divisions ...........................................21 21 21
FFT algorithm ....................................................... 112
FFT cache size ...................................................... 16
Memory allocated for Fourier components u(G) = 0.7 [Mb]
Memory allocated for real-space u(r) = 0.0 [Mb]
wfd_read_wfk: reading tbs_3i_DS4_WFK
wfd_read_wfk: will read 320 (b,k,s) states
cpu_time = 0.00, wall_time = 0.00

Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference
