runtests.py error "No module named tests"

Hey,
I'm trying to run runtests.py from the abinit-test directory and I get:
I've also tried to make the "internal tests" from the install notes (https://www.abinit.org/sites/default/fi ... stall.html) and I'm asked for the name of the formatted input file. Can't seem to find input files that go with those tests.
